She left no flower blossoming but cold.
The flute playing a Twig of Weeping Willow,
No spring scene could be seen on any road.
The beating drum broke out the dawn-battle;
The sleeping night ordered me to be on the saddle.
My will was from the sheath to pull out my sword,
Forcing Loulan Kingdom to surrender indeed.

The moon lay over the cloud-ocean.
The wind blowing thousands of miles long,
Passing through the Jade-Gate Pass strong.
The ancient battlefield all army coveted to control
But no soldiers could be seen to return home.
Looking at the frontier sight-seeing,
Homesick army men were never smiling.
On watchtower spending their on-duty night
All the vigilant army men kept on sign.
