The inaugural flight from Korla to Dunhuang and Jiayuguan was a success.

At 19:10 on June 11, Flight G52631/2, operated by China Airlines, landed smoothly at Dunhuang Mogao International Airport, marking the successful first flight of the "Korla - Dunhuang - Jiayuguan" route.

It is understood that in the past Dragon Boat Festival holiday, Dunhuang City ushered in tourism. According to the statistics of Dunhuang City cultural tourism department, Dunhuang City received 279,900 tourists during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, an increase of 18.4%.

In view of the upcoming summer tourism market, Dunhuang Mogao International Airport docking in advance, encrypted routes and flights, enhance capacity protection, to meet the peak of summer passenger flow. From July 1, the airport plans to carry out 24 passenger routes, including 23 domestic routes, 1 international (regional) routes, 24 cities and 26 points of navigation.
