The 11 projects signed this time have a total investment of about 80 million yuan, with a total construction area of more than 10,000 square meters, covering hotels, homestays, tea houses, catering and other diversified cultural tourism business forms, and will start construction immediately after signing.
Among them, the hotel project invested by Luoyang Yunxichuan Hotel Management Co., Ltd. is located in the old city, No. 63 North Anle Street, close to Lijing Gate. With a construction area of about 1,500 square meters and more than 50 rooms, the project will integrate various functions such as branded hotels, cultural entertainment and leisure experiences to create a cost-effective accommodation environment.

Zhang Meng, the relevant person in charge of Luoyang Shengtuo Hotel Management Co., LTD., said that this is the fourth time that the enterprise has participated in the signing ceremony of the Old City area, and has invested in projects such as wine bars, specialty restaurants and high-end homesades, with a total construction area of about 1500 square meters and a total investment of more than 12 million yuan. It is expected that the wine bar project will be open during the 11th period. Special dining and homestay projects will be open during the New Year's Day next year.
